Unless otherwise indicated, all orders will be shipped by UPS Ground within 2-4 business days of acceptance of the order.

You may preorder a Christmas tree for subsequent delivery as follows:

(1) select desired product and add to your shopping cart;

(2) calculate your shipping costs by adding your zip code to the shipping cost calculator;

(3) proceed to checkout and indicate in the comment field your preferred shipping date. Depending on your location, your tree will be delivered by UPS Ground within 2-5 days of shipment.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 48-72 hours of acceptance of your order. Depending on your location, you will receive your tree within 3-5 days of shipment.

Yes. In the 'comments' field of your order, simply state the approximate preferred arrival date and we ship your tree in accordance. We cannot guarantee a tree will actually be delivered to your shipping address on a specific date, but depending on your location, your tree will be delivered by UPS Ground within 2-5 days of shipment. The last day for orders to guarantee delivery before Christmas is December 15. If you want to order a tree after December 15, for special delivery, please contact our customer service helpline (1-888-463-7552) or email us at service@premiumchristmastree.com.

Once shipped your tree will take anywhere from 1 day to 6 days to be delivered. We recommend that you choose a species that is grown and shipped closest from your location.
